From the sellerYES you can revive/recharge your defective 18 volt "Bos Blue" cordless drill lithium ion battery pack with ease. Don't throw away that "Bad" cordless drill battery pack. Buy my device and connect one side to the "Bad" battery and then connect a 100% fully charged battery pack to the other sideof the device. The voltage on the "Bad" battery is below the required threshold needed for the battery charger to recognize that it is an actual verified battery pack. By connecting the good 100% fully charged battery pack to the other side of the device and leave them connected for 10 to 20 mins, this will transfer enough voltage to the "Bad" battery pack. Then it can be recharged again with the original battery charger. Then you will have a new battery pack again.
