Dansk Flamestone round covered casserole dish designed by Jens Quistgaard (JHQ) in Denmark. This iconic mid-century modern piece features a matte brown stoneware exterior with a distinctive fluted or ribbed texture around the base and a smooth, white glazed interior. The sculptural lid includes a graceful integrated handle, matching the side handles of the dish. Perfect for both cooking and serving, this piece exemplifies the functional elegance of 1950s Scandinavian design. Measurements: • Diameter: 10.25" • Height (without lid): 2.75" The piece is in very good vintage condition. There are a couple of spots on the lid where the paint has flaked off.
