This is a great lamp/ Has all the original crystals. The cord has been replaced at one time. Great design all over the lamp. I have had this along time and I am 86. No lamp shade. take's the shade that fits on a light bulb. There is a small chip on one foot but set's level. Has 6 hanging crystal's I love this lamp but I have to downsize. Glass part of lamp is 8 1/2 inches tall with top of fixture is 10 1/2 inches tall With a bul about 13 1/2 inches I do combine shipping
