Commodore 1581 - 3.5” Drive - 100% Tested - Complete In box

Commodore 1581 disk drive. This item has been thoroughly tested. It formats, reads, and writes to disk with no issues. Mechanism is extremely quiet. Drive has been professionally checked and cleaned by the legend Ray Carlsen. It works as if it was put out on the shelf yesterday. I’ve never heard such a quiet drive. The case is in excellent condition but had some minor scuffs that you can see in the picture. It had a power cord wrapped around it that left marks on the right edge, front corner, and on the bottom. Please see the pics. Overall it’s very nice to look at. The drive is 100% functional, but it’s 30yrs old so it’s sold AS/IS. Questions?
