From the seller
This was donated by my great-grandmother to her local OES and it was returned to her when the chapter ended during the depression. The box is 15" x 7.5" x 2.5" and in bad shape. Coverings are off and some coverings on the sides are missing. Joints are brokend and the box is falling apart. Latches no long working. There are four flat "shelves" inside where the medals fit. The lining on these shelves is also tattered, stained and faded. I think there was water damage. However, the medals themselves look pretty good. Some of the ribbons are torn and tattered. One is missing.
