The size on the inside collar is very faded, but I think it reads 15½ x 30. It was made by Woodbury Mfg. Co. It is marked 6 April 1950 Q.M. 2351 Spec. No MIL-S-3011A Pattern Date 9 July 1946 N.Y.Q.M.P.A. (see pics).
