The bottom says Circle F Mfg but I do not know if they manufactured the entire lighter or just the part with their name on it. It has a nice marbelized bakelite base and is push button operated. The cord is in very rough condition and should be replaced. It is 5-1/4" tall. The Lighter does work however I would not recommend using it as it was meant to be used. The materials inside the Lighter do not always make a good connection without shaking them around and can be a fire hazard if the connection does not disengage. I recommend them being used for display only. I will be listing many more from my collection.
