Centrifugal Blower Fan And Assembly

This centrifugal blower motor assembly with capacitors came out of my mom's tanning bed I'm not sure the brand but it was about a $20,000 tanning bed a few years back it was tested it works fine I'm not sure the brand I looked all over for it and I couldn't find it it comes with the mounts everything you see all the capacitors leave it at 8 capacitors on it . everything works as it should, Good shape. when I did search on it it kept coming up that it had heat treated blades because it come from a tanning bed which they were way more expensive
