This is a chassis for a Cadex - CDX-50 - a McMillan action will fit into it also - it has some stripped bolt holes on the hand guard this chassis is like $3000 new Should have most of the parts with it , also the plastic pieces are broken also in between the handguard and frame but I’m pretty sure you can get replacements from Cadex
