For bid is an original circa 1950’s or 1960’s “EICHLER HOMES of DIAMOND HEIGHTS” architectural publicity folder with designs and home layouts for the proposed community development! This is an eight-panel fold-out published by Eichler Homes Headquarters in Palo Alto, California. Map indicates the community was proposed for an area near Woodside Avenue & Portola Drive southeast of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Joseph Eichler (1900-1974) was an iconic real estate developer and modern architecture developer! His surviving residential homes are ICONIC! This folder / brochure is from the heyday of his influence. Very good, used condition. Very minimal wear and tiny signs of age.
