This a Coat, Man's, Wool Serge, AG-44 (AG = Army Green), size 37L. It is DSA-77-C-0468, which I believe dates it to 1977. It is 100% wool and was made by De Rossi & Son. It is generally in excellent condition; all buttons are present.
