Does not come with shoulder straps, was made to be used with Alice pack straps, comes with modifications as shown, none of the mods are permanent, they can be easily removed. Multi function bag, will come as shown, and included will be support frame foam to give structure and padding when carried as back pack. You will need to supply your own shoulder straps of your choice. D rings are steel and stitching is heavy and highly professional .
