From the seller
One section of valance measures 11 feet across and 11.5 inches long at point of lace. Not white but a creamy white. I don't remember where I purchased this and it was probably in the 90's. I never used it. Just been in storage in a bag. A nice piece of lace with a heavier weight. Lace has texture of high and lows.
