Bruker AFM Nanoscope NSV - Electronics Box w/ Closed Loop LEMO Cable

Bruker AFM Electronics Box (E-box) is an interface assembly between the AFM and Nanoscope controller containing various circuit boards such as the strain gauge board. E-box is compatible with any 32- or 64-bit NSV controller with any Icon or FastScan systems. Pulled from working system and tested fully functional. Last two photos are examples showing the typical location of the E-box as indicated by the blue arrow. Included LEMO cable for closed loop signal transmission between NSV controller and E-box. LEMO cable additionally compatible with Bioscope AFM product line and some older hybrid Dimension systems with a separate pre-amp box. Shipped in OEM box with custom foams and ESD plastic wrap.
