Vintage Bronze Bridge Builder's Plate. 1927 Michigan Assessment District Bridge constructed by the W. H. Knapp Co. It bears the name Frank F. Rogers, Michigan's first elected State Highway Commissioner, who served from 1913-1929 and pioneered the state's modern trunk- line highway system. Cast bronze. 15" x 9" x 1/4".
