Brass Double Inkwell Desk Set w/ Standing Figure, Green Ink Color

Antique Art Nouveau figural double inkwell. It features a sculpted bronze or spelter figure of a colonial or hunting man at the center, flanked by two ink pot wells and an integrated pen rest tray along the front. Heavy cast (bronze, brass, or spelter), organic, flowing branch-like shapes forming the backdrop are classic markers of the Art Nouveau period (circa 1890–1910). The Figure: Depicts a young traveler or hunter in period dress (tricorn-style or folded hat, long coat, and boots). As found condition, the figure is loose and not sure if it’s a lose nut. The buyer can adjust. Great looking piece and does have some weight. Approx 9”x6”x6”.
