From the sellerBose Model AV 3-2-1 Series II Media Center Console Only - Worked perfectly till the door refused to open. I ended up opening door to remove a DVD and it closed, refusing to open again. Tried to open again but didn’t want to force it, that is why the piece is unsnapped from unit.
