I AM THINKING THAT THESE ARE USED FOR BACKDROP OR LIGHTING STANDS. THE STRONG STEAKS FIT INTO THE ENDS TO DRIVE INTO THE GROUND. THERE ARE 8 POLES AND 8 STEAKS. THEY WERE OUT IN OUR STORAGE WITH THE REST OF OUR MISCELLANEOUS STUFF.
