Black Powder Cannon, Naval Cannon, Civil War Cannon, Signal Cannon KIT

Up for bid is a black powder, naval ship board cannon kit containing a walnut wood carriage and all steel barrel. Parts needed to finnish are buyer supplied trunion caps and screws, nuts and bolts. The carriage sides are 9" × 4" . The solid steel barrel is 13" long and has been bored to 11". The bore size is .75 inches. The fuse hole needs to be drilled by the buyer. The trunions have been tig welded to the barrel and are 1/2 inch in diameter. The barrel weight is estimated to be 8-10 lbs. It's heavy!! To finish, the barrel can be painted, blued or browned. The carriage can also be painted, stained or oil rubbed. Either way, this will make a nice project to be proud of to fire or display!
