The product is an antique brass bilge pump from Wilcox Crittenden. This maritime antique is made of brass and would have been used on ships for pumping out excess water from the bilge. The craftsmanship and design of such a pump would reflect the quality and durability needed for marine environments, making it a valuable addition to any collection of maritime antiques. This unit stands 19.5 inches tall from the base to the top of the original wood handle. I didnt want to clean this and take away from the patina but it would clean up nicely if you chose to do so. No reserve auction.
