From the sellerBathLyft Reclining Portable Bath Lift Chair - Heavy Duty 300 Lb. Capacity.. This is new in the box and has never been used. I have removed it from the box to check everything out and although it has been sitting for several years, it has never been used and I did charge the remote and test it to make sure it worked, and it does with no problems. Again the Box is open and shows signs of aging but the lift itself has never been used and works flawlessly
