PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES.All the keys press down with good spring back. All the slide valves move. I suggest the buyer take this item down to their local music store and have them make it play the way it should. No mouthpiece with this item. Buyer to pay $40.00 shipping in the lower 48 state
