From the sellerThis Tula baby carrier does have a part of the strap that looks like it was cut but it doesn’t effect using it at all. I was debating even cutting it off to make it look better but decided to let the buyer do what they want to with it. This carrier also comes with the manual book and the newborn pieces but they are not pictured
