Awakening the Bear Conflict of heroes punched Academy missing 1 info counter

This auction is for Academy Games Conflict of heroes Awakening the Bear! Russia 1941 - 42. The 5 game boards are in excellent condition. The counters are Excellent to mint with the exception that 1 Road Block counter is missing. This is what happens when I buy a game from someone that does not check contents. The box cover and back are in nice shape. There is a rip on one corner and several corners have torn but I have repaired with dry wall tape and white glue (see picture). The rule book is in great shape with no tears or bends or handwriting (that I nopticed). The cards are in excellent condition. The cards do not match what is listed on the rulebook manifest but the card count is equal to what is listed.
