Art Nouveau Enamel Goddess Woman Pendant Necklace Silver Antique Museum Quality

This is a rare antique Art Nouveau Goddess Woman Enamel Pendant Necklace in silver. The magnificent hand painted enamel portrait of a goddess woman is of museum quality and she has a gorgeous face with a beatific expression. Her hair cascades down around her face. Her pale green headdress and green and pink robes are stunning. The background is extraordinary blue guilloche enamel. There are flecks of gold within her hair and robe ornamentation. The portrait is surrounded by a magnificent Art Nouveau border in silver. The jewel is a very fine work of wearable art by a superb artist. The pendant dates to circa 1900. The pendant is a treasure to be worn and to be passed on for generations. The pendant is 2 inches (52mm) tall including the bales. Without the bales the pendant is 1 1/2 inches (40mm) tall and is 1 1/4 inches (30mm) wide.
