From the seller(c) 1984 Applause (R). DM W BERRIE CO (I think this is what it reads). This adorable little Teddy Bear has a red nose and Christmas Plaid on his and ears. He's wearing a Santa Hat and a red and green Scarf and he's holding a small decorated Christmas Tree.
