Description
From the sellerWhat I believe to be a Willard pipe (not authenticated, but has all of the right attributes). Pipe has "Imported Briar" stamped into the wood, as well as the yellow dot on the side of the stem. Willard pipes, manufactured by Sparta Industries in North Carolina (1963–1975), were often marked with a distinctive yellow or white dot on the side or top of the stem, similar to Dunhill. If not stamped "Willard," these pipes can be identified by their stamped "Imported Briar" mark, usually with an indestructible, thick red varnish finish. Pipe is used, but kind of a cool little collection piece.
