Antique Swedish Filigree Silver Bracelet Circa 1830 Traditional Folkdräkt Sweden

This is a museum quality and very early antique Swedish Scandinavian Silver Folkdräkt Bracelet dating to circa 1830. The bracelet is an early filigree silver bracelet in the traditional folk costume design of Sweden. The bracelet is high purity silver. It has a central panel adorned with fabulous filigree work. The silver work is hand done by a superb silver artisan. The chain links and clasp are later than the central medallion which was most likely originally a brooch. Swedish artisans used the early jewels to create newer pieces such as bracelets in later times. The bracelet is adjustable in size as the clasp can be attached where you like on the chain. The fabulous silver filigree adorned ball hangs from the chain clasp.
