Antique Silver Plate Fire Department Hose Company Trophy Plaque 1930's

Antique 1930's fire department / hose company trophy plaque for a bridge tournament....not sure what this was on or was actually for so please use your own judgment, this item displays fair and shows signs of heavy wear and age, but is overall readable however has multiple moderate imperfections, scratches and scrapes, staining and discoloration, lite corrosion, heavy surface wear to plating, dings and dents, bends to edges, egged out mounting holes.
