Antique Royal Vienna 7" Urn Cherubs Beautiful Woman

Antique Royal Vienna 7" urn. Urn is in need of restoration and missing it's lid, it is a marvel to me in spite of this. The cherub handles appear to have been reglued. There is a chip on the top rim. The screw aperture is loose - I was afraid to try to tighten this, but I think this might be an easy fix. The craftsmanship and painting is so pretty. A beautiful woman on the front and a cherub or cupid perhaps on the back. Please see pictures for condition - some of them are a little crooked, I took at an angle I didn't realize! But the urn is not crooked even though it does need tightening. See pics for condition.
