From the seller
This bottle of Sheaffer ink ("Writing Fluid") is about 2/3 full. It was old when it was given to me in 1984. It is permanent, blue/black in color, Sheaffer's number 232 ink. If you are in the Las Vegas area you can pick it up directly.
