Here is an absolutely wonderful antique Victorian locket of the highest quality. It is made of 14K gold. The front is set with a gorgeous flower motif which is a raised 3 dimensional design with a central pearl! The flower rests on a bed of black onyx. The reverse is a simple black onyx field. In the interior are two compartments. One side has a perspex or early plastic cover. This early mourning locket dates to c1860. The quality of the workmanship is the very best, with gorgeous colors and wonderful composition.
