Antique Handmade Wood Texas Adjustable Hat Stretcher/Rare Threaded Wood Spindle

A great piece of American Haberdashery from a bygone era of American history. A handmade wooden Texas Hat Stretcher # 7 having the rare and hard to find wood threaded spindle adjuster. It functions only partially because some of the threaded wood spindle threads are chipped. It was created to maintain or stretch the size of the Cowboy or Fedora hats and has beautiful patina from decades of use and age. A great additions to one’s handmade American wood working tools.
