From the sellerCD 162 (Front Skirt) HEMINGRAY PATENT MAY 2 1893 (Rear Skirt) PETTICOAT. Brilliant dark blue that easily passes light, very clean glass. Very, very good condition - only flaw is a small triangle shaped very shallow flake on the top wire groove edge, last picture - 0.25" at the widest point, everything else is mint.
