Cake does not stick and brioche can rise within mold. The copper is perfect all over. No dents. Has a hook and can be hung for antique decor if you wish. But perfect to use to create interesting forms for all kind of cakes or other molded dishes. Washed very easily as the cakes do not stick on the solid tin.
