This is a vintage antique schoolhouse flush mount ceiling light fixture featuring an Art Deco stepped or "UFO" shaped milk white glass globe. The black painted base is built for hardwired installation into a ceiling electrical box. The fixture drops down from the ceiling approximately 7 1/2 inches. The diameter of the globe is approximately 9 inches.
