From the seller…… This auction is for an antique, Sarony Cigarettes Roulette Tin, manufactured in Great Britain during the late 1920s to the early 1930s by Nicolas Sarony & Co. Ltd. Founded in 1863, Nicolas Sarony & Co. Ltd. was a prominent English cigarette and tobacco manufacturer based in London. … These tins were originally were sold containing cigarettes. It also features a fully functional miniature roulette wheel built into the hinged lid, allowing the tin to be reused as a game long after the cigarettes were gone. The tin case measures 1 1/2" tall by 12 1/4" long by 6" wide and, as you can see, retains its original lithographed finish and the original removable spinner wheel that mounts over the gentleman's face to complete the roulette mechanism.
