Antique Daguerreotype Union Case Critchlow & Co THE UNION NOW AND FOREVER Insert

Great old Case with the Gold colored insert reading THE UNION NOW AND FOREVER. The design includes flags, a cannon and drums. The closeup pictures show Makers name and patent information along the edges of the insert. There might be some slight bends from removing the insert, but nothing considered damage. The case itself is tight but the corners show wear and chips as shown in the closeup pictures. There is a crack in one corner but it does not extend to the inside or outside of the case.
