From the sellerTHIS IS A NICE LARGE CRYSTAL INKWELL. IT MAY BE BACCARAT, BUT IT IS UNMARKED AS FAR AS I CAN TELL. THE BASE WAS POLISHED, BUT NOW HAS A GOOD AMOUNT OF SCRATCHES ON THE FLAT AREAS FROM YEARS OF SLIDING ON SURFACES. THE BRASS CAP HAS SOME DENTS AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS. THIS PIECE IS HEAVY, WEIGHING 3LBS 5 OZ.
