Antique Black Leather Doctor Bag ,Gladstone Style Frame Top, likely Victorian

It’s is hard to figure out when this bag is was made. It is all leather with a metal plate built into the bottom to give rigidity, hand stitched, metal stays inside the rim of the openings. All I can seem to find are 1900 - 1940e and they all seem to have metal “buckles” where the handle attaches to the bag. This one is sewn. It needs so much love; the leather has cracked and there are a couple holes where natural wrinkles are. The lining is deteriorating too. I just know the right person is out there: someone who will restore this lovely relic
