This is a FANTASTIC piece of history and would be great to display in a pharmacy, doctor's office, museum, bar or office! The whiskey was prescribed for Mary Fay, by Dr. John Howell, on May 8, 1923 and was filled on May 9, 1923 by Pharmacist, Howard D'Spain, of the Dean Drug Co., in Cisco, TX.
