Bat wing handle bar tricycle. Hard rubber tires & pedals. Made in Indiana. Right rear rim is bent, fork is slightly bent. Handle bars have black tape on ends. Tricycle is approx. 21.5" long, rear wheel width 13", seat height 12.5", and height to handlebar 17".
