American Character 1957 Vintage Bent Knee Betsy McCall 8" Doll and Extra Dress

This little doll is in nice condition with her hair likely being in its original style and being held back with what look like her original hair clips, one on each side. Her knees bend and her eyes open and close easily. She is marked and dated on her back. I do not see a label in either dress. Her socks are sagging a little and one of her shoes is missing the strap that goes across her ankle. She is all jointed and is not hanging loose anywhere but could stand some tightening up since she is not brand new tight. Her dress looks like dotted Swiss and underneath she is wearing a net half-slip and satin-look undies. Since her clothing is older, it could of course stand a freshening up but is still ok for its age.
