Alfred Eisenstaedt. I believe this photo to have been printed around 1934/35 as the Associated Press stamp on the back references both the AP USA and the Pacific and Atlantic. He emigrated to the US in 1935 and joined Life magazine in 1936 - hence my hypothesis that this was printed around 1935.
