Akron Black Max 7980 6.00 NH Piston Intake Valve Firefighter Fire Department Equ

Here's a pretty decent Akron Black Max 7980 Piston Intake Valve 6.00NH. The valve handle spins easily and opens/closes the valve properly. This one has seen some use. The paint is peeling on the Kochek Storz cap and it has some scratches and wear (please look at the pictures closely for overall condition). I do not see any physical damage to this unit, but it is missing the little "S" chain link that attaches the valve to the cap (easy fix - see pics). From the previous department - I was told that this works as it should, but that they were replacing or changing out existing equipment.
