AKAREX camera, I believe a Rangefinder, but I'm not sure. Last used about 50 years ago and worked well then. Before that it belonged to an amateur photographer and was used extensively, so it is well used. The two knobs that undo the latches for the film access door are missing, as shown, door can still be latched and unlatched. Camera comes with a few accessories, as shown in main image. The film, I'm sure, is old and may/or may not be usable.
