The note is dated 1993 and is in uncirculated condition. Obverse:Bank arms with horseman at top centre. At right- The Great Mosque of Herat (Masjid-i Jāmi`-i Herāt) or "Jami Masjid of Herat”. Reverse: Qala-e-Bost is a fortress in Bost, Afghanistan, built 3000 years ago.
