Aeron Classic chair cylinder and parts

As-removed cylinder and parts, from a 1998 Aeron Classic chair. The box and instructions are from the replacement kit I had received for a new ORM cylinder from Herman-Miller. I am the original owner of this chair. The old cylinder is still quite good as it would immediately sink only about 1-2” with my 150lb weight, then stop (i.e. it does not continue going down if I stay seated for long periods). Note this is a classic style top-valve cylinder and uses the included top-valve release cable assembly. You can’t use it with a side-release assembly. If your chair sinks a lot, this used cylinder may be good enough a replacement…selling AS-IS, make offers.
