ADVANCE PATTERN ONE SIZE This is a vintage 1940s Advance sewing pattern for a "Buttons and Bows" apron.It was distributed by J.C. Penney to promote the 1948 Paramount movie The Paleface starring Bob Hope and Jane Russell.The pattern includes pieces and instructions for two apron styles featuring ruffles, rickrack trim, and bow accents.
