The Complete Priest's Handbook is in Near Mint condition with nary a hint of shelf or interior wear. Besides the personalized note to me, I had Aaron write a brief blurb about the book: "With the Priest handbook, in retrospect, I found that I'd written a supplement chiefly for DMs rather than players. Players didn't appreciate it so much..."
